Q1: What Graphic file type should I send you?

A1: Our art department will create FREE virtual proofs overnight and can work with almost any type of artwork! Preferred artwork should be in vectored format such as .PDF, .AI and .EPS. Rasterized art files like .JPG, .TIF and .PNG are still acceptable.

Q2: What information should I include in my quote request?

A2: Please share your preferred quantity, product color, artwork or logo, destination country, and target delivery date. This helps us prepare a more accurate quote.

Q3: Will I receive an artwork proof before production?

A3: For custom logo orders, we provide a digital artwork proof for approval before production starts. This helps confirm the logo position, size, and key visual details.

Q4: Are setup fees included in the listed price?

A4: The displayed price is a product reference price. Some custom projects may require a setup, tooling, or decoration-related charge depending on the product and branding method. If applicable, it will be clearly confirmed in your quote before production.
